Dr. Rosen’s office can send you information on both finance plans or you can contact either company directly. Please reference Dr. Rosen when applying for credit so that your approval information will be available to process, should you decide to utilize either of these loans as a payment option. Please note that applying for financing does not obligate any patient to have surgery or to activate the loan. Patient signatures are required by both finance companies to activate any loan.

Dr. Rosen recommends that you evaluate both finance plans before making a decision as to which one you select. We have found that the interest rates of these loans may be different with the same patient. Dr. Rosen’s staff will try to answer any questions you have concerning pricing, payment, or financing. They can also mail you brochures from either or both of the two finance companies.
